Go to Start, type %windir%\WinSxS in the Search Programs and Files box and press Enter. Locate each vc80 file, rename it and run the Nokia Ovi Suite installer. If this doesn't solve the problem, download and install the latest version of Windows Installer and Nokia Suite. Also, try repairing and updating your .NET Framework with Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool.

Yes. It is possible to export your messages from the mobile phone to the computer with the help of this product. To do this, connect the device to the PC, open the program, make sure that the connection is established by selecting your device in the program, go to Messaging > right click All and choose Export. To print the messages, you need to open the file in which you saved the messages with a compatible text editor in order to print them.

No, because Nokia Suite backs up only settings, contacts, calendar, messages, photos, music and videos. It can't download the stopwatch data to your computer. Check the official Support page for further information. However, you can try to transfer the data using the USB cable. Connect the device to your computer, wait Windows to recognize the phone and access the Nokia drive from My Computer/Computer. Look for the stopwatch folder and transfer the data using copy/paste feature.
